从今年10月1日起,我国将开始实行《缺陷汽车产品召回管理规定》。它的实施对很多中国汽车生产厂商而言,犹如套上了一个“紧箍咒”。3月15日,国家质量监督检验检疫总局、国家发展和改革委员会、商务部和海关总署联合发布了这个规定。该规定指出,由于设计、制造等方面的原因使同一批次、型号的汽车产品存在共性的安全隐患,生产厂商必须向社会公布,并通过修理等方式免费为问题车辆消除这种缺陷。召回形式分为主动召回和指令召回两种。
From October 1 this year onwards, China will begin to implement the “defective automotive product recall regulations.” Its implementation for many Chinese auto manufacturers, as if put on a “magic spell.” March 15, the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Commerce and General Administration of Customs jointly issued this requirement. The regulation states that due to design, manufacturing and other reasons for the same batch, type of vehicle products have common security risks, manufacturers must announce to the community, and through repairs and other free vehicles for the elimination of such defects. The recall form is divided into two types: active recall and order recall.
