我科于1992年起用胸脐岛状皮瓣移位修复小儿会阴部烧伤瘢痕挛缩及创伤皮肤缺损共6例,均取得满意效果。手术方法皮瓣设计采用 Doppler 仪探查腹壁下动脉脐旁穿支的走向,以此为皮瓣轴线或以脐至肩胛骨下角的连线为轴线设计皮瓣,最高点为腋后线的第7肋,最低位不超过脐(图1)。
