北京市顺义县评剧团一贯重视演职员的思想改造,组织演职员参加体力劳动,通过各种途径和工农群众相结合,使剧团成员在革命化、劳动化的大道上不断前进。一九五八年以来,剧团在下乡演出活动中就坚持边演出、边劳动的制度。从一九六○年到一九六三年期间,剧团又在潮白河旧道开垦出一百多亩生荒地,做为剧团的劳动基地。通过这些农业劳动,演职员们学会了地里、场上的多种农活,培养起热爱劳动、艰苦朴素的好作风,对农村生活和农民的思
