现在很多地方政府为改造当地的小气候和补充地下水资源,采取在城市中拦河筑坝(橡胶坝)蓄水,建造人工湖的方法,极大地提高和改善了人民群众的生活质量和环境。我的家乡南阳市也是如此,近几年市政府花巨资在穿城而过的白河上建起了三座橡胶大坝,蓄水面积达几万亩以上,两岸广植花草树木。每当春回大地,两岸呈现出花草飘香、垂柳依依,湖中水鸟嬉戏的景象。微风吹过碧波荡漾,让人心旷神怡,真是处休闲娱乐的好地方。
Nowadays, many local governments have taken measures to improve the quality of life and environment for the masses, such as rebuilding local microclimates and replenishing groundwater resources, and building water reservoirs for barrages (rubber dams) in cities to build artificial lakes. My hometown, Nanyang, is also true. In recent years, the municipal government has spent heavily on building three rubber dams on the Baihe River passing through the city. The water storage area has reached tens of thousands of mu, and both sides of the Taiwan Strait planted flowers and trees. Whenever spring returns to the earth, the two sides of the river show the fragrance of flowers, weeping willows and waterfowls in the lake. Breeze blowing blue waves, people relaxed and happy, is really a good place for recreation.
