一、会议简况1987年 IEEE 国际通信会议(ICC 87)于1987年6月8日至12日在美国华盛顿州西雅图市举行。会议共分52个专题组,约300篇论文,此外还有4个专业讨论会同时举行。宣读论文及讨论内容均为国际电信科技和工业界在过去一年的进展及当前瞩目的大量问题,遍及电信科技的各个领域。会议参加者约两千人,主要来自世界各国学术界和工业界的科学家、专家和工程技术人员。可以说,这是国际电信科技界一年一度最重要的综合性学术会议。二、会议述评会议讨论的主要内容可大致分为下述几个方面:
I. Brief History of the Conference The IEEE International Conference on Communications (ICC 87) was held in Seattle, Washington, USA on June 8-12, 1987. The meeting is divided into 52 thematic groups, about 300 papers, in addition to four professional seminars held at the same time. The contents of the essay and the discussion were all the major issues that have drawn the attention of the international telecommunications technology and industry in the past year and are now spreading in all fields of telecommunications technology. There are about 2,000 participants in the conference, mainly from scientists, experts and engineers in academia and industry all over the world. It can be said that this is the international telecommunication science and technology industry’s most important annual comprehensive academic conference.
