在本文里,我们列举了多个合资企业在信息化建设中的做法,有因外方不了解国情导致失败的,也有因采用外方系统获益匪浅的;有将信息化决策权交给外方的,也有自行开发的。我们不想判定谁对谁错,只想提醒准备同国外企业合资的国内企业,在谈判时,一定要对信息系统有明确的协议,通过学习国外先进信息系统的管理经验,掌握先进的信息技术。
In this article, we enumerate a number of joint ventures in the construction of information technology, because foreign countries do not understand the national conditions lead to failure, but also because of the use of foreign systems benefit greatly; have information-based decision-making power to Foreign, but also self-developed. We do not want to decide who is right or who is wrong.
