王文治(1730～1802),字禹卿,号梦楼,江苏丹徒(今镇江)人。乾隆二十五年(1760)探花,官翰林院侍读,外任云南临安知府,后告归不复出仕。他曾往来于吴、越之间,主讲杭州、镇江书院。工诗文,精鉴赏,尤擅书法。其书源于米芾、董其昌,后法二王,兼学张即之,得力李北海。书精于行、楷,“尤能尽古今人之
