在社会主义改革开放新时期,随着国有企业改革力度的不断加大,不断深化,国家的国民经济结构整体呈现出多元化的势头、劳动群体划分日趋复杂、就业方式显现多样,使得我国企业工会工作带来前所未有的困难与挑战。笔者就工会工作出现的新问题、新挑战以及如何做好新时期工作工作在本篇进行阐述。
