精神病是指在内外各种致病因素的影响下,大脑功能活动发生紊乱,导致认识、情感、行为和意志等精神活动不同程度障碍的疾病。其中重性精神病包括精神分裂症、心境障碍、癫痫性精神障碍等病症,由于这类精神病人伴有易怒、冲动、伤人、纵火、自杀、毁物等行为,对他人的生命和财产造成诸多不安全因素、因而在民间被称为“武疯子”。目前作为广西惟一一所省级精神,神经疾病三级专科医院的龙泉山医院,采用的微创微电极脑立体定向术,成为终结“武疯子”攻击性行为最有力的杀手锏。
Psychosis refers to disorders in the brain’s functional activities under the influence of various internal and external pathogenic factors, resulting in diseases with varying degrees of mental activity such as cognition, emotion, behavior, and will. Among them, severe mental illnesses include schizophrenia, mood disorders, and epilepsy-related mental disorders. As these mental patients are accompanied by irritability, impulsiveness, wounding, arson, suicide, and destruction of belongings, they are responsible for the life and property of others. Many insecure factors are thus known as “mad maniacs” in the people. At present, Longquanshan Hospital, the only provincial-level mental and neurological disease tertiary hospital in Guangxi, uses the minimally invasive microelectrode brain stereotactic technique as the most powerful killer to end the aggressive behavior of the “mad maniac”.
