曹维新,男,宁夏银川市人,出生于1944年。1962年至1966年在宁夏大学数学系学习。1966年毕业后在宁夏永宁县李俊中学任教,1978年调至宁夏永宁县永宁中学任教,1986年9月任永宁中学副校长,1989年2月任永宁县政协副主席,1990年2月任永宁县副县长。1995年7月加入中国民主促进会。1997年7月任银川市副市长,1997年7月当选为民进宁夏区委会副主委,现为全国政协委员、自治区人大代表、自治区政协副秘书长。2002年6月当选为民进宁夏区委会主委。任副市长五年,在岗位上做出了有目共睹的成绩,却从未接受过宣扬个人业绩的采访,拒绝宣传自己,他就是在2002年6月22日民进宁夏第四次代表大会以
Cao Wei new, male, Yinchuan City, Ningxia, was born in 1944. 1962 to 1966 in Ningxia University Department of mathematics learning. He graduated from Ningxia Yongning Lijun Middle School in 1966, and transferred to Yongning Middle School in Yongning County in 1978. He was appointed as the Vice-Chancellor of Yongning High School in September 1986 and Vice Chairman of the CPPCC Committee of Yongning County in February 1989.
