患者,女,38岁。因体检发现右肾中极一低回声团一周入院。既往右腰部有间断胀痛不适病史无尿急尿痛及血尿病史。彩超:右肾中极实质内可探及一略低回声团,大小约4.7 cm×4.0 cm,形态规则,边界尚清晰,集合系统未见分离。IVP:双肾功能正常,集合系统未见压迹。双肾CT:平扫发现
Patient, female, 38 years old. Because of physical examination found that the right kidney in a very low echo group admitted to hospital one week. Previously there is a history of intermittent discomfort on the right lower back without urinary urgency and hematuria. Color Doppler ultrasound: In the very middle of the right kidney, a slightly hypoechoic mass can be explored and slightly echogenic. The size is about 4.7 cm × 4.0 cm. The morphology is regular, the boundary is clear, and the collection system has no separation. IVP: normal renal function, the collection system no pressure trace. Double renal CT: plain scan found
