近年来,大型建设工程数量日益增多,工程建设造成的水土流失问题日益严重,开展水土保持项目管理方面的研究对提高大型建设工程水土保持项目管理水平有着重大意义。文章分别从行政管理层面和业主方层面对我国大型建设工程水土保持项目管理模式进行分析,总结其管理模式经验,并指出存在的问题。
In recent years, the number of large-scale construction projects is increasing day by day, and the problems of soil and water loss caused by construction are aggravating day by day. Therefore, carrying out research on soil and water conservation project management is of great significance to improving the management level of soil and water conservation projects for large-scale construction projects. The article analyzes the management mode of soil and water conservation projects of large-scale construction projects in China from the administrative level and the owners’ level, sums up the experience of management mode and points out the existing problems.
