目的探讨新生儿入出院护理在新生儿病房医疗纠纷中的作用。方法对2003年4月至2004年3月住院的834例患儿及2004年4月至2005年3月住院的960例患儿实施两种不同的入出院护理,比较两组住院患儿医疗纠纷的发生率。结果实施新的入院出院护理的医疗纠纷发生率为0.2%,实施旧的入院出院护理的医疗纠纷发生率为1.1%。结论实施新的入出院护理,履行告知义务,既保障家属的知情同意权,又提高自我保护能力,提高护理质量,密切医患关系,减少医疗纠纷的发生。
Objective To explore the role of neonatal nursing care in the medical disputes of neonatal wards. Methods Two different admissions and discharges were performed in 834 children who were hospitalized from April 2003 to March 2004 and 960 patients who were hospitalized between April 2004 and March 2005. The medical disputes of hospitalized children from two groups were compared. The incidence. As a result, the incidence of medical disputes in the implementation of new hospital discharge nursing care was 0.2%, and the incidence of medical disputes in the implementation of old hospital discharge nursing care was 1.1%. Conclusion The implementation of new nursing care for discharge into and out of hospitals, fulfilling the duty of notification not only guarantees the family members’ right of informed consent, but also enhances the self-protection ability, improves the quality of care, closes the relationship between doctors and patients, and reduces the occurrence of medical disputes.
