千金方载生地黄、生大黄、二味。用法:生地黄煎汁,生大黄为沫冲服,有养阴凉血,逐瘀泄热之功。主治吐,衄血百治不瘥。今余宗前贤,辨证用于妇科诸血证,疗效颇验。现简介,以供同仁参考。 1 子宫肌瘤 张某,46岁,因突昏仆,被人抬至门诊,急诊复苏后因置经期转妇科。问得近3个月经愆期,量多,有血块紫黑,腹痛,待血块下则痛减,常感眩晕,手足凉,脉滑涩,舌尖有瘀点,B超提示:子宫粘膜下肌瘤。妇科检查:子宫如2个孕大,质硬。证属:瘀血阻滞,血不归经之崩漏证。崩漏即久气血亏虚乃实中夹虚之体,用生地黄90g煎汁100ML冲服生大黄沫3g,日1剂,连服3d,血渐少。用桃红四物类调理,3周后无它苦。后嘱每月经服生地黄汤10剂,5个月后B超复查如常。妇科检查:子宫常大。
