本文从企业实施ERP系统的结果出发,反过来分析企业和ERP实施过程中可能存在的问题。首先企业自身内部本身可能存在例如信息化水平太低,业务流程臃肿拖沓,办公效率不高等问题。其次在ERP系统的实施过程中,又面临着对企业的文化和信息化水平认识不够,和企业、软件供应商、咨询公司三方存在的博弈现象。另外对ERP实施的结果缺乏科学的衡量标准。
