本文进一步研究了利用微电脑与交流电机变频调速技术自动供水的课题,有机地结合了恒水压控制与恒水流控制两种技术主流的优点,提出了优化调压节能控制的思路,并结合某单位的工程项目试制了样机,实践证明这种优化调压节能技术,特别适用于工厂企业每日用水情况变化比较大的单位,利用这种技术既可以保持恒压供水的优良品质,又可保留恒流供水最大限度节能的特点。
This paper further studies the topic of automatic water supply using microcomputer and AC motor variable frequency speed regulation technology, organically combines the advantages of constant pressure control and constant flow control, and proposes the idea of optimizing voltage regulation and energy saving control. The project of the unit prototyped the prototype. Practice has proved that this optimized pressure-regulating energy-saving technology is particularly applicable to units where the daily water usage of the factory and enterprise has a relatively large change. This technology can not only maintain the excellent quality of the constant pressure water supply but also preserve Constant current water supply features maximum energy savings.
