骨组织形态计量学是近年发展起来的一门技术,在骨质疏松症,骨软化病等疾病研究中具有重要作用.我室拥有一套从美国犹他大学引入的半自动图象分析仪.整个设备包括一台光学/荧光显微镜,一块数字化板和一部苹果电脑及体视学程序“STEREOLOGY”.版权属“KSS ScientificConsultants”(3048 South Breeze DriveMagna.Uthah 84044).采用实验对象为SD大鼠,专为实验骨组织形态计量用,与临床以人为对象所建立的参数稍有不同.近几年我室陆续发表了十几篇论文.有关骨组织形态计量学的结果来自对右胫骨近端,中段和第四腰椎的不脱钙骨切片的分析.为使我们的实验更多地被同行了解,在此对各项参数作一分析.
