淋病的实验室诊断方法有多种．但尚存在一定的不足之处,临床上主要用细菌培养法和涂片染色进行实验室诊断。本文应用滴金免疫法（dotimmunogold filtrationassay，DIGFV）检测淋病患者分泌物中的淋球菌抗原．试图建立一种快速、敏感、适用于基层单位的诊断方法。现报告如下：1
Gonorrhea laboratory diagnosis of a variety of ways. However, there are still some shortcomings, the main clinical bacterial culture and smear staining laboratory diagnosis. In this paper, gonococcal antigen in gonorrhea patient’s secretions was detected by dot immunogold filtration assay (DIGFV). Trying to establish a quick and sensitive diagnostic method applicable to establishments. The report is as follows: 1
