智能交通违章监控管理系统又称电子警察,已经成为确保我国道路交通安全的重要监管手段之一。本文首先梳理了我国电子警察系统信息公开的现状,认为各地区对电子警察的设置地点普遍予以公开,但是对于该系统的具体用途则多数不公开,继而从电子警察设置的目的、行政公开原则的内容以及政府信息公开制度的角度论证了电子警察系统信息全面公开的合理性,并在此基础上提出了相应对策。
