一、基本概况刘海粟美术馆以我国当代艺术大师、近代美术教育事业的奠基人、新美术运动的拓荒者和杰出的美术教育家刘海粟先生名字命名(图1),由时任国家主席江泽民题写馆名,是国内第一家以个人名字命名的省级国有美术馆。刘海粟美术馆始建于1993年,位于上海市长宁区虹桥路1660号,建筑面积4800平方米,于1995年3月16日正式对外开放,具有研究、典藏、陈列展示、普及推广、教育、信息传播和对外交流等多项功能,
