7月28日是唐山大地震30周年。30年前,一场举世震撼的大地震将百万人口的工业城唐山夷为一片废墟,“24万城乡居民殁于瓦砾,16万多人顿成伤残,7000多家庭断门绝烟。此难使京津披创,全国震惊,盖有史以来为害最烈者……”(《唐山抗震纪念碑碑文》)。2年前,同样巨大的灾难再次发生在印度洋,2月26日,一场地震及由其引发的罕见海啸,给印度洋地区的人们留下了黑色的记忆。抚前思今,痛定思痛,在这个特殊的七月里,谨以此文纪念在地震中离去的人们,并唤起人类共同抗击灾难的力量。
July 28 is the 30th anniversary of the Tangshan earthquake. Thirty years ago, a world-shaking earthquake struck the ruins of Tangshan, an industrial city with a population of millions. “240,000 urban and rural residents belonged to the rubble, more than 160,000 were disabled and more than 7,000 families cut off their doors. This makes it difficult for Beijing and Tianjin to make a start, a shock to the whole country, and the most devastating person ever built ...... ”(“ Tangshan Earthquake Monument Inscription ”). Two years ago, the same catastrophe occurred again in the Indian Ocean. On February 26, an earthquake and the rare tsunami triggered by it caused a black memory for people in the Indian Ocean. In the special July, we hereby commemorate the people who left during the earthquake and arouse the forces that humankind jointly fight against disasters.
