点名批评是一门艺术。常言道:“箭伤肉休,话伤灵魂。”班主任处在学校与科任教师的结合部,常常被推向矛盾和问题的焦点上,所以,正确运用点名批评就显得格外重要。如果运用适当,点名“点”在点子上,其效果不言而喻;倘若运用得不够好,点名“点”得太离“谱”了,就会产生负面效应。所以,班主任如何追求点名批评的最佳效果,其细枝末节大有讲究,是需要我们进行思考和研究的新问题。
Named criticism is an art. As the saying goes: “The arrow hurts the meat and breaks the tongue, hurting the soul.” The head teacher is at the combination of the school and the teacher. He is often pushed to the focus of conflicts and problems. Therefore, the correct application of name-naming criticism is particularly important. If proper use is made, the name “point” is on the point, and the effect is self-evident; if it is not used well, if the “point” is too far from “spectrum”, it will have negative effects.
