《拉丁鹰》杂志2006年创刊,目前是季刊,共出版了32期。明信公证处的拉丁鹰法律工作室,是杂志的策划和编辑部门,共30余人。杂志基本特点包括以下几方面:第一,只研究基础的公证理论问题。杂志的定位是研究公证的基本性质、基本职能、基本角色,还有基本的运行机制和外国的公证经验。为此,《拉丁鹰》从不刊发新闻报道,也从不刊发某一类专门法律问题的讨论。《拉丁鹰》认为,某些或者某类的法律问题应属大学教授解释的范畴,
Latin Eagle magazine was first published in 2006 and is now a quarterly magazine with 32 issues in total. The Notary Office of the Latin Eagle Law Studio, is a magazine planning and editing department, a total of more than 30 people. The basic characteristics of the magazine include the following aspects: First, only the basic theory of notarization is studied. The magazine’s position is to study the basic nature of notarization, basic functions, basic roles, as well as the basic operating mechanism and foreign notarization experience.
