本研究探讨CA改善I/R引起的大鼠肝脏微循环障碍和肝损伤的作用及其机理。取体重为180~220 g的SD雄性大鼠,结扎肝脏门管区30 min后再通。部分大鼠经由股静脉连续滴入CA(15 m L·kg-1·d-1)。计算大鼠24 h生存率。观察肝微循环动态。在再灌注120 min时,记录肝脏表面血流量,取肝组织,观察组织学和超微结构变化,分析其分子生物学机理。CA
This study was aimed to investigate the effects of CA on I / R-induced hepatic microcirculation and liver injury in rats and its mechanism. SD male rats weighing 180-220 g were taken and the portal area of the liver was ligated for 30 min before passage. Some rats were consecutively instilled CA (15 m L · kg -1 · d -1) via femoral vein. The 24-h survival rate was calculated. Observed liver microcirculation dynamics. At 120 min after reperfusion, the blood flow on the liver surface was recorded. The liver tissue was taken for observation of histological and ultrastructural changes, and the molecular biological mechanism was analyzed. CA
