本文分析了同侧镫骨肌声反射反向曲线在不同程度听力损失,不同性质耳聋以及各型鼓室压图中的出现率。引起反向曲线的刺激声强度一般为100～125dB(spl)(1000Hz),以115dB 为多见;反向曲线出现率随听力损失程度的增加而增高;患有各种性质耳聋的耳反向曲线,出现率均比正常耳高;鼓膜听骨链活动度增高(AD 型)或降低(As 型)的耳,其反向曲线出现率均此正常鼓室压图(A 型)者高。本文还报道了 B 型鼓室压图者也出现了反向曲线。
This article analyzes the ipsilateral stapes muscle acoustic reflex reverse curve in varying degrees of hearing loss, different properties of deafness and tympanogram of various types of incidence. The intensity of stimulus of reverse curve is generally 100 ~ 125dB (spl) (1000Hz), which is more common at 115dB. The incidence of reverse curve increases with the increase of hearing loss. The ear with various deafness reverses Curve, the incidence rate than the normal ear height; tympanic membrane ossicular chain activity increased (AD type) or decreased (As type) of the ear, the reverse curve appears in this normal tympanogram (A type) was high. This article also reported that the type B tympanogram also appeared reverse curve.
