由于结核病在全球范围内呈现死灰复燃趋势 ,结核病的化学疗法又是控制结核病的首选而最有效的治疗方法 ,而抗结核药物最主要的副作用是肝损伤 ,严重的肝损伤致使化疗中断 ,甚至可引起肝功能衰竭而导致患者死亡 ,抗结核药物引起的肝损伤越来越引起人们的重视。本文就抗结核药物诱导肝损伤的相关问题作一综述。
