切缘注射加术后灌注预防膀胱肿瘤复发

为降低膀胱癌术后复发率，对２４例患者采用术中切缘注射白细胞介素２（ＩＬ２）和术后膀胱灌注卡介苗（ＢＣＧ）及ＩＬ２治疗。随访６～６６个月，复发率为１２．５％。认为此方法预防膀胱肿瘤术后复发安全有效。

To reduce the postoperative recurrence rate of bladder cancer, 24 patients were treated with intraoperative injection of interleukin-2 (IL-2) and postoperative bladder perfusion of BCG and IL-2. Followed up for 6 to 66 months, the recurrence rate was 12.5%. It is considered that this method is safe and effective in preventing postoperative recurrence of bladder tumors.
