随着我国旅游业的迅猛发展以及旅游管理教育体制的落后,使得旅游管理专业高素质人才紧缺。为了适应现代化旅游业的实践需要,培养高素质的旅游管理人才,对旅游管理专业传统的教学方法进行改革就显得尤为迫切。本文作者从自身学习经验出发,结合我国旅游管理专业本科教学方法现状,论述了旅游管理专业本科教学方法存在的问题,并提出了改革教学方法的建议。
With the rapid development of China’s tourism industry and the backwardness of the tourism management education system, the high-quality professionals in tourism management are in short supply. In order to meet the practical needs of the modern tourism industry, it is urgent to cultivate high-quality tourism management talents and to reform the traditional teaching methods of tourism management major. The author starts from his own learning experience and combines the current situation of undergraduate teaching methods of tourism management major in our country, expounds the problems existing in the undergraduate teaching methods of tourism management major and puts forward suggestions on how to reform the teaching methods.
