试验研究了汽车差速器主动螺旋伞齿轮塑性成形方法, 设计并制造出试验用模具, 在万能拉伸试验机上进行了塑性成形实验, 用网格实验研究了塑性成形齿轮截面上的金属流动情况及齿型充满过程, 揭示了金属纤维走向与分布, 测绘了塑性成形螺旋伞齿轮铅试件的行程压力曲线, 为优化预制坯、成形模具结构设计和力能参数计算提供了实验依据。
The plastic forming method of active helical bevel gear of automobile differential was experimentally studied. The mold for experiment was designed and manufactured. The plastic forming experiment was carried out on the universal tensile testing machine. The metal flow on the section of plastic forming gear was studied by the grid experiment And the filling process of the tooth profile, the trend and distribution of the metal fiber are revealed, and the stroke pressure curve of the lead sample of the plastic forming spiral bevel gear is plotted, which provides the experimental basis for optimizing the structure design and the energy parameter calculation of the preform and the forming die.
