Knowledge sharing is an important part of ensuring knowledge management goes smoothly. Through concrete analysis of obstacles in knowledge sharing, and on this basis, the corresponding solutions are proposed in order to solve the problems in knowledge sharing and promote the smooth progress of knowledge management.
