研究了有关热电探测铌酸钽酸钾(Potassium tantalate Potassiumniobate)(KTN)的各种特性。测量了不同温度下对电场的介电常数、自发极化以及热电系数。由于用加偏压而改进了热电系数而得到的响应率和D*的增高。理论表示式显示相似的结果。取得了不加偏压的D*值为3×10~7赫~(1/2)厘米~(1/2)和最佳加偏压下D*为1.3×10~8赫~(1/2)厘米~(1/2)。
Various properties related to the thermoelectric detection of potassium tantalate potassium potassium tantalate (KTN) were investigated. The dielectric constant, spontaneous polarization and thermoelectric coefficient of the electric field under different temperatures were measured. Response rate and D * increase due to improved thermoelectric coefficient with bias. The theoretical representation shows similar results. D * values of 3 × 10 ~ 7 Hz ~ (1/2) cm ~ (1/2) and unbiased D * values of 1.3 × 10 ~ 8 Hz ~ (1 / 2) cm ~ (1/2).
