航空发动机在制造过程中对关键零件除采用磁力探伤、萤光检验等无损探伤方法来检查材料缺陷外,为确保零件的质量,一般还要采用腐蚀方法来检查零件的冶金缺陷(晶粒度、夹杂、偏析、裂纹等)。我国采用腐蚀法检查冶金缺陷还不普遍,而且一般采用化学腐蚀法。我厂在“斯贝”发动机试制中采用英国罗·罗公司的电解腐蚀法来检查材料冶金缺陷,效果良好。现将硫酸电解腐蚀工艺作一简单介绍:
