The 54th Institute developed the eight-way on-board scattering communications equipment, which was designed and finalized in Beijing on December 11, 1996. The experts and representatives attending the conference meticulously discussed the proposal to design small-scale production by design. This marks the 54 vehicle-mounted scattering communications equipment to achieve a practical level.
