目的:比较不同剂量巴戟肉、盐巴戟天对阳虚內寒证大鼠能量代谢的影响,探讨巴戟天补肾壮阳的作用机制,为巴戟天的临床合理应用提供科学依据。方法:采用甲巯咪唑灌胃给药的方法制备阳虚内寒证模型,分别给予巴戟肉、盐巴戟天2种炮制品高、中、低浓度的水煎液,以右归丸为阳性对照药,以肝糖元、肌糖元、游离脂肪酸(NEFA)、脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)、肝脂酶(HL)、肝脏和骨骼肌Na+,K+-ATP酶、Ca2+,Mg2+-ATP酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)以及体脂系数等为评价指标。结果:巴戟肉和盐巴戟天对阳虚内寒证大鼠的能量代谢均有一定的改善作用,盐巴戟天较相同剂量的巴戟肉好,治疗效果更为显著。结论:巴戟天的补肾壮阳作用与调节能量代谢有关,在临床使用中应注意对炮制品的选择和剂量的应用。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of different doses of Morinda officinalis and Morinda officinalis on the energy metabolism in rats with Yang deficiency and cold syndrome, and to explore the mechanism of Bushentian Zhuang Yang in rats and to provide a scientific basis for clinical application of Morinda officinalis. Compared with the same dose of Morinda officinalis, Morinda citrifolia had better therapeutic effect. Conclusion: The impotence and impotence of Morinda officinalis is related to the regulation of energy metabolism. In the clinical use, the selection of the processed products and the dosage should be paid attention to.
