列宁提出无产阶级政权可以而且有必要利用国家资本主义来巩固和发展社会主义，毛泽东继承并发展了列宁这一理论，并在实践中更进一步，取得了巨大成绩。邓小平同志把列宁、毛泽东利用国家资本主义的理论发展到了对外开放，充分利用国际资本的新高度。
Lenin proposed that proletarian power can and must make use of state capitalism to consolidate and develop socialism. Mao Zedong inherited and developed Lenin’s theory and went further in practice with great achievements. Comrade Deng Xiaoping developed the theory of using state capitalism by Lenin and Mao Zedong to opening up to the outside world and making full use of the new heights of international capital.
