以3个品种的青菜(Brassica chinensis var.chinensis)“秋田上海青”、“油冬青菜”、“黑叶矮脚油冬”为试材,研究不同浓度镉(Cd)处理对青菜种子发芽以及水培条件下青菜生物量、生理和Cd富集能力的影响。结果表明:Cd对青菜种子发芽的影响呈现低促高抑现象,在Cd浓度为5.0mg/L时,3个品种发芽率达到最高值,分别为91.30%、90.00%和89.30%;在Cd浓度超过20.0mg/L时“秋田上海青”、“油冬青菜”发芽率显著降低(P<0.05)。在Cd浓度超过50.0mg/L时,“黑叶矮脚油冬”发芽率显著降低(P<0.05)。青菜生物量在Cd浓度超过1.0mg/L时受到显著抑制(P<0.05)。Cd对青菜生理生化有胁迫作用,不同品种青菜的叶绿素和可溶性糖含量均随Cd浓度的增加而降低,“黑叶矮脚油冬”在Cd浓度超过1.0mg/L时显著降低(P<0.05)。不同品种青菜Cd富集量均随着Cd浓度的增加而升高,但3个品种富集能力差异显著,“秋田上海青”Cd富集能力显著低于其它2个品种。
Three varieties of Brassica chinensis var. Chinensis, “Akita Shanghai Green”, “Oil Winter Green”, “Black Leaf Dwarf Oil” were used to study the effects of different concentrations of cadmium (Cd) Effects of treatment on germination of Chinese cabbage seeds and biomass, physiology and Cd accumulation ability of Chinese cabbage under hydroponic conditions. The biomass of cabbage was significantly inhibited when Cd concentration exceeded 1.0mg / L (P <0.05). Cd had stress on the physiology and biochemistry of Chinese cabbage. The content of chlorophyll and soluble sugar in different varieties of cabbage decreased with the increase of Cd concentration, while the content of Cd <0.05). Cd accumulation in different cultivars increased with the increase of Cd concentration, but the enrichment ability of three cultivars was significantly different. The Cd accumulation ability of “Shangqiuqing” was significantly lower than that of the other two cultivars.
