国电河北衡丰发电有限责任公司注重文化创新,打造企业发展软实力,塑造和培育精益管理文化,推动管理创新和机制创新,促进企业提质增效。十几年来,衡丰公司一直保持着较强的盈利能力,2003~2007年,企业利润总额连续5年超过两亿元。特别是2008~2011年,在全国火电行业普遍亏损的困境下,衡丰公司依然保持了较强的盈利能力,千瓦盈利能力从2010年的200元提升至2015年的610元,在区域“三同”对标电厂中名列前茅。2014、2015年,公司利润连续两年突破4亿元,实现了国有资产的保值增值。
