根据官厅山峡的降雨条件、洪水特征和三家店设计洪水资料,分析永定河三家店处出现中小洪水的洪峰量级、重现期和天然来水条件下中小洪水资源量,通过研究三家店至滞洪水库区间的各类蓄洪工程、埝坛水库和城市河湖汛期可蓄洪量,并采用雁翅站提前向三家店和卢沟桥预报暴雨的可行方法,提出永定河中小洪水可利用的洪量及其前提条件,为实施永定河中小洪水利用作参考。
