目的在杭州市6个社区中研究城市体力活动相关建成环境评价工具的信度和效度。方法在杭州市按公共建筑开发功能区选取6个社区共205个路段,2名调查员同时独立进行调查评价调查者间信度,间隔7 d重复调查约一半路段(104个)评价调查者内信度。采用因子分析方法检验结构效度。结果问卷调查者间信度Kappa值大部分在0.8以上;调查者内信度低于调查者间信度,Kappa值大部分在0.4以上。问卷表面效度良好。结构效度研究提取了6个因子,符合问卷的初始题目设计,因子负荷矩阵显示问卷结构效度良好。结论此建成环境评价量表的信度、效度较好,适合在杭州使用。
Objective To study the reliability and validity of environmental assessment tools related to urban physical activity in 6 communities in Hangzhou. Methods A total of 205 road sections of 6 communities were selected in Hangzhou according to the functional area of public building development. Two investigators independently surveyed and evaluated the inter-informativeness of interlocutors. Intervals of 7 d repeated surveys for about half of the sections (104) Reliability. The structural validity was tested by factor analysis. Results Most of the reliability Kappa values among the respondents were above 0.8; the interpersonal reliability of the respondents was lower than the inter-respondent reliability, and the Kappa values were mostly above 0.4. Questionnaire surface validity. Structural validity study extracted six factors, in line with the initial design of the questionnaire, factor load matrix shows the validity of the questionnaire structure. Conclusion The reliability and validity of this environmental assessment scale are good and suitable for use in Hangzhou.
