During the 8-year war of resistance against Japan, military officers in charge of military affairs (national defense, air defense, ...) in the capital city of Chongqing were all classmates of the Whampoa Military Academy 12 successively. They have unimpeded access to military and political departments (the military committees, military and political commissions, attendants’ chambers, military and military administrations, offices of the respective forces in Chongqing and the Central Bank ...) that they serve. They can communicate with all important figures (Chiang Kai-shek, Soong Mei-ling, Kong Hsi-hee, ...) The pavilion staff are very familiar with. As the saying goes: “No servant in the eyes of saints ”. From these key departments and VIPs in the service staff, often heard some little-known news. I work in Chongqing garrison Command Command headquarters, is a specific command of Chongqing military communications agencies, naturally became the gathering place for these communications officers. Students meet in a piece, chatting with each other can not help but to hear some of the strange news of each as a conversation.
