目的:探讨中西医结合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。方法:选取该院所收治的60例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,随机分为研究组和对照组各30例。两组患者均给予常规西医治疗,在此基础上,研究组联合应用中医治疗,连续治疗2个月,对两组患者的疗效进行统计学分析对比。结果:两组患者的疗效对比,研究组总有效率达93.3%明显高于对照组66.7%(P<0.05)。结论:对于慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,给予中西医结合治疗,其效果显著,不易复发,安全可靠,值得临床临床上推广应用。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods: Sixty patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were selected and randomly divided into study group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). Two groups of patients were given conventional Western medicine treatment, on this basis, the study group combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment, continuous treatment for 2 months, the efficacy of the two groups were statistically analyzed and compared. Results: The curative effect comparison of two groups of patients, the total effective rate of 93.3% in the study group was significantly higher than 66.7% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: For patients with chronic atrophic gastritis, given Integrative Medicine, the effect is significant, not easy to relapse, safe and reliable, it is worth clinical application.
