动物生物化学课程是农业院校畜牧兽医专业的主要专业基础课。学好动物生物化学这门课程,不管是对学生后续求学还是走向工作岗位都具有重要的意义。农业院校动物生物化学教学中存在师资队伍年轻化、教学水平偏低、教材使用缺乏规范、教学方法单一、考核方式不全面和教学技术水平不高等问题。农业院校应该结合教学实践从提高教师队伍素质、加快教材改革、注重教学法改革、提高多媒体课件制作水平等途径提高动物生物化学课程教学效果。
Animal biochemistry course is the major professional course of animal husbandry and veterinary major in agricultural college. Learn animal biochemistry this course, whether it is for students to go to school or to work have important significance. Animal biochemistry teaching in agricultural colleges exists problems such as young faculty, low level of teaching, lack of standardization of teaching materials, single teaching method, incomplete assessment methods and low level of teaching technology. Agricultural colleges and universities should improve the teaching effect of animal biochemistry by improving the quality of teachers, speeding up the reform of teaching materials, focusing on the reform of teaching methods and improving the production level of multimedia courseware.
