黄芪桂枝五物汤收载于《金匮要略·血痹虚劳病脉证并治第六》。该方剂由黄芪、桂枝、白芍、生姜、大枣五味药材组成,主要用于治疗以阳气不足、血行不畅、外感风邪、肌肉麻木为特征的血痹之证。该方临床应用广泛,作者常用该方化裁治疗因气血虚弱、阳气不足而引起的多种病症,疗效满意,择验案三则,予以列举。
Astragalus Gui Zhi Wu Wu Tang contained in the “Synopsis of Blood Synovial Veins disease pulse rule and the sixth.” The prescription is composed of astragalus, cassia twig, white peony root, ginger and jujube flavors and herbs, and is mainly used for treating blood-stasis syndrome characterized by lack of yang, poor blood circulation, exogenous wind evil and muscle numbness.
