“双师型”教师队伍的建设是高职院校提高教学水平和办学质量的关键。我国的高职院校应该针对不同类型的教师采用不同的培养方案来培养合格的“双师型”教师,同时,还应该制定有利于教师向“双师型”方向发展的政策措施以促进“双师型”教师队伍的建设。
The construction of “double-qualified” teachers is the key to improve teaching quality and quality in higher vocational colleges. The higher vocational colleges in our country should adopt different training programs for different types of teachers to cultivate qualified “double-qualified” teachers. At the same time, we should formulate policies and measures conducive to the development of teachers in the “dual-type” to promote “ Double-type ”teachers team building.
