甲红霉素作为临床新药用于治疗小儿慢性胃炎国内报导不多。笔者应用甲红霉素治疗小地慢性胃炎48例，有效率87．5％，幽门螺杆菌清除率92％。分离菌药敏显示对幽门螺杆菌具有良好的抑制作用．抑菌直径23．8±0．78mm．抗菌作用和对胃肠驱动力作用优于羟氨李青霉素，现报告如下。
Clarithromycin as a clinical new drug used to treat children with chronic gastritis few domestic reports.
