本文报告１８例恶性肿瘤并发肾功能衰竭。原发性肝癌１３例，恶性淋巴瘤２例，胃癌、膀胱癌、阴茎癌各１例。按肾功能衰竭发病机理分为肝肾综合征１３例、急性高尿酸血症肾病２例，急性肾中毒２例，梗阻性肾病１例。对症治疗１４例，血液透析４例。２例高尿酸血症肾病经血液透析治愈。
This article reports 18 cases of malignant tumor complicated with renal failure. 13 cases of primary liver cancer, 2 cases of malignant lymphoma, gastric cancer, bladder cancer, penile cancer in 1 case. According to the pathogenesis of renal failure is divided into liver and kidney syndrome in 13 cases, 2 cases of acute hyperuricemia nephropathy, acute renal toxicity in 2 cases, 1 case of obstructive nephropathy. Symptomatic treatment in 14 cases, hemodialysis in 4 cases. 2 cases of hyperuricemia nephropathy hemodialysis healed.
