蠕墨鑄铁作为一种新型的鑄铁材料,最近十几年来受到世界各国鑄造工作者的广泛重视,在研究蠕墨鑄铁的组织、性能、制造工艺和在工业上的应用方面已经取得了巨大的进展。我国研究蠕墨鑄铁也有近20年的历史。近年来对蠕虫状石墨的结构、适合我国资源特点的蠕化剂、蠕墨鑄铁的性能及制造工艺等方面都取得了很大的进展。在一些工厂中已有部分蠕墨鑄铁投入了商品生产,并取得了良好的技术经济效果。国际上蠕墨鑄铁的学术交流活动很频繁。1977年
