枝城长江大桥是连接焦枝、焦柳铁路的咽喉,也是长江中游南北公路相连的纽带.八十年代中叶,发现该桥钢梁漆层与金属开始腐蚀,几经整治不愈,呈愈来愈重的趋势.本研究认为,漆层腐蚀主要产物—白色晶体是由多种硫酸盐(硫酸锌、硫酸铝等)组成的混合物.腐蚀主要原因是:(1)大桥区域多雨、多雾、湿度大、温度骤变和静风频率高等恶劣气象因素,是引起大桥钢梁腐蚀的基本条件;(2)大气环境污染是加剧腐蚀和使腐蚀变得复杂的元凶.并提出为了控制腐蚀继续发展,确保大桥安全运行,必须尽快研究有效的防治腐蚀措施.
