检察文化作为先进文化的重要组成部分,具有包容先进执法理念的恢弘气象。而人民检察院是国家司法机关,承担着法律监督职能,应当秉承“强化法律监督,维护公平正义”的社会主义理念,把建设中国特色的检察制度文化与树立社会主义法治理念的本质要求结合起来,突出新时期检察文化的前进方向。
