1979年5月至1981年9月,我科应用显微外科技术,做下齿槽神经修复6例取得良好效果,现报告如下。 一、临床资料 本组6例,男女各3例。年龄20～30岁5例,46岁1例。下颌骨造釉细胞瘤切除5例,齦癌部份下颌骨切除后1例。其中隐神经移植2例,下齿槽神经与颏神经对端吻合3例,自体下齿槽神经再植1例。治疗效果,隐神经移植者2例均于术后3个月恢复下唇感觉;下齿槽神经及颏神经对端吻合者3例,分别于术后15、18天及1个月开始恢复下唇感觉;下齿槽神经自体移植1例,于术后15天开始恢复下唇感觉。
From May 1979 to September 1981, our department applied microsurgical techniques to achieve good results in 6 cases of alveolar nerve repair, the report is as follows. First, the clinical data of this group of 6 patients, 3 men and women each. Age 20 to 30 years in 5 cases, 46 years old in 1 case. 5 cases of mandibular ameloblastoma, 1 case of gingival cancer after partial mandibular resection. The saphenous nerve transplantation in 2 cases, the inferior alveolar nerve and the chin nerve end to end in 3 cases, autologous alveolar nerve replantation in 1 case. In the treatment group, 2 cases of saphenous nerve transplants recovered the sensation of the lower lip 3 months after operation. The lower alveolar nerve and the anastomosis of the chin nerves in 3 cases were recovered at 15, 18 and 1 month after operation Lip sensation; under the alveolar nerve autotransplantation in 1 case, 15 days after surgery to restore lower lip sensation.
